Creative Writing

Creative writing students explore all genres of writing as well as the many dimensions of publishing. Students learn the basics of successful writing so they can develop their own voices as artists.

Ms. Sisson, the creative writing magnet teacher, has been teaching at Lee High School since 2006, and has been the creative writing magnet teacher and English department chair since 2010.  She graduated from Athens State University in 2006 with a BA in Language Arts Education.  She absolutely loves her students and looks forward to meeting more and more students as the years pass.
